We were asked to quote for a full renovation of a small, outdated bathroom involving all new ceramic ware and the removal and replacement of two damaged stud walls which were causing the original tiles to crack and had been allowing water to leak into the floor below.
The client was unsure they would be able to achieve what they wanted given the budget and the small size of the room but we worked together to design and spec a high end, modern bathroom including new stud walls, plasterboard ceiling, door frame and oak door, new bathroom suite, fresh white tiles with a mosaic tile feature wall, all new LED lighting, stylish extractor fan and new electric towel rail.
Maximising space and budget to include everything on their wish list required meticulous attention to detail but together we were able to design and build the bathroom they wanted within budget and within the original footprint. The client was extremely pleased with the resulting finish and fit and subsequently invited us back for further renovation projects.
